Using the service
These terms govern the Tak Tak Games website and installable web app. Use the service lawfully and meet the age and consent requirements applicable to you; a parent or guardian must approve where required. Playing and account features are subject to these terms and the privacy policy. Mandatory consumer rights remain applicable regardless of these terms.
Accounts and identity
Use an available, appropriate nickname and keep your login credentials private. Do not impersonate another person or suggest that a celebrity or organisation endorses an account. You are responsible for activity you authorize and should report suspected compromise promptly. Google sign-in is an alternative authentication method, not a transfer of your Google account to us. A guest account keeps progress on its own identity; signing into a different existing account does not automatically merge balances.
Fair play and respectful conduct
Do not cheat, exploit defects, manipulate rewards, evade restrictions, harass others, send unlawful material or disrupt the service. Invitations and chat must be used with respect for other people. Matchmaking and tournaments may include automated opponents operated by the platform. Game rules, turn limits, entry amounts and available actions are those displayed for the selected mode; local variants may differ from other editions. Report suspected scoring errors instead of repeatedly exploiting them.
Coins, gems and rewards
Coins and gems are virtual units for features inside Tak Tak Games. They are not bank deposits, legal currency or a promise of cash winnings, and no cash withdrawal is provided by the platform. Entry amounts may be deducted before a game or tournament. Rewards depend on the rules and eligible account activity; there is no guarantee of profit. Daily gifts require a claim and start a 24-hour cooldown after receipt; the wheel is weekly. Do not trade accounts or balances outside authorized platform features.
Purchases and payment issues
Before confirming a purchase, check the pack, quantity, currency and price shown at checkout. PayPal processes supported payments; credit is applied after server verification. If payment succeeds but the balance is missing, contact support with the transaction reference, without sharing card details or passwords. Refund requests and any statutory cancellation rights are assessed under applicable consumer law and the transaction circumstances. These terms do not remove non-waivable rights or make every digital purchase automatically non-refundable.
Uploads, voice and intellectual property
Upload or share only material you are entitled to use, including music, messages and profile content. You retain your rights and allow the technical use needed to provide the selected feature. Do not record or redistribute another person's voice without the permission required by law. Platform software and original artwork are protected; third-party characters, names and marks remain subject to their owners' rights. Their appearance does not imply endorsement, partnership or a transfer of intellectual-property rights.
Availability and account restrictions
Connections, maintenance and software faults can interrupt play. We may correct demonstrable errors, remove unlawful content or restrict abusive accounts, using measures proportionate to the issue. Contact support to dispute a restriction or missing reward and include the relevant match or transaction reference. We do not promise uninterrupted service or a particular competitive result. Nothing here excludes liability that applicable law does not allow us to exclude, including mandatory consumer remedies.
Updates and contact
We may update these notices when features or relevant requirements change. The date at the top identifies the current version. Material changes affecting account rights or data use will be communicated through appropriate service notices. Contact [email protected] for questions, account assistance or a copy of the information relevant to a dispute. All six language versions cover the same service; mandatory local rights are preserved.
