The weekly wheel offers one prize per account per ISO week. Its eight possible prizes are 500, 700 or 1000 coins, or 1, 2, 3, 5 or 10 gems. The prize is selected by the server and added to the matching wallet balance. The animation reveals that result; clicking faster, changing devices or refreshing cannot legitimately choose a larger prize.
Open, spin and confirm the result
On the home page, open the weekly gift when its indicator is ready. Follow the gift popup and press the spin control once. Wait for the animation and read whether the result is coins or gems, then check the corresponding balance. If the connection drops, reconnect to the same account before trying again. The server keeps the recorded award and does not grant a second prize for the same week.
Plan around the weekly reset
The weekly gift resets on Monday at 00:00 UTC. The countdown shows the time left to that shared boundary, rather than seven days from the exact moment you last spun. After claiming, the indicator continues to show the next reset. A new week makes a new spin available; the previous week’s missed spin is not carried over. Return when it suits you and use the indicator to check eligibility.
Exchange coins and gems
The exchange rate is 1000 coins for one gem, in either direction. Open your wallet, choose the direction and quantity, then check the displayed result before confirming. Converting 2000 coins gives two gems and reduces the coin balance by 2000; it does not add a second copy of the same value. Keep enough of the currency needed for the game or tournament you want to enter.
Prepare for the podium
Tournament entry costs one gem. Create or join a cup, choose the game and follow your match cards through the knockout rounds and bronze match. The podium awards 100k coins for first, 50k for second and 10k for third. These rewards depend on the final placement; entering alone does not award them. Leaving before the tournament starts refunds the entry gem.
Keep your progress together
Use the same signed-in account to keep your name, sticker, wallet and rewards together across visits. Refresh the balance after a completed result rather than judging it during an animation. Before using another device, check that you have a normal sign-in method for that account; a browser-only guest identity should not be assumed to follow you automatically. Never share your password to request a gift.
